This organization will be based at 205 E. Iroquois Rd which is the board chairman home. Our plan is to start working in Dakar the capital of Senegal and expand to the inner regions later.
The first year will be an opportunity to send school supplies, athletic gears, shoes, and other supplies that will be useful to the youth in the selected organizations. At this time two members of the board with a part time secretary will manage the organization. In the second year, the grants and donations received will help finance the set up of an office, a tutoring space and a small cafeteria. All year around the organization will be assisting the kids with after school programs, sports clinics, and different skills improvement for drop out cases. Every summer a skills and awareness camp will be organized to reward those who have advance to the next grade or have made noticeable improvements. Special guest and motivational speakers also will be invited occasionally to give their testimonies about the importance of an education and encourage the kids to stay in school. The organization by this time will need a full time secretary and a limited but committed management both in the States and in Senegal. This will be absolutely necessary for the long term viability of the organization.
The management will be working very hard on behalf of A.OA.A.D. to put together the necessary help to improve the life of the concerned youth.

To start up A.O.A.A.D. will be financed by the board of director and will be working with the bank at the same time. The organization needs will be entirely financed though by the grants and donations accumulated overtime.
The secretary in collaboration with the executive director will be responsible for editing and sending out brochures and newsletters to businesses and individuals that will support the ideas of A.O.A.A.D.
The board members have already started the networking process, as a part of the marketing strategy, newspapers advertising, phone calls and eventually a website will be created when grants are received.
